Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

Applicable privacy and consumer protection laws
Clients must ensure that all recipients of communications have provided proper consent.
DataLab Collective, LLC does not assume responsibility for a client’s failure to obtain appropriate consent.
6. Intellectual Property
